With the UK government moving to the next “delay” phase of dealing with the outbreak, Newport City Council continues to work in close liaison with Public Health Wales who is leading on the management of Coronavirus.
The council is following and implementing best practice as advised by the government and Public Health Wales.
As an organisation, Newport City Council will manage its response to ensure essential services are maintained in challenging circumstances and will continue to review as the situation develops.
