Filming and photography
Filming and photography at council and city events may be carried out by either council employees or an appointed contractor.
Images from such events may be used within council publicity relating to the event itself, or for general purposes, such as within council documents. These may be in printed format or digital, including online and social media.
All photography is stored and used in line with appropriate regulations and specific permissions will be discussed with those involved if different to practices generally permitted.
