Community health and wellbeing event – Pillgwenlly

Would you like to find out about activities and support that is available in your local area? Looking for ideas to improve your health and wellbeing? Need some advice on financial issues?

Newport City Council, in partnership with Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, is hosting a community event where you can access a wide range of organisations that can help you improve your health and wellbeing.

There will be taster sessions, interactive workshops and a wealth of information on a range of subjects including mental health support, financial and gambling support, weight management and stress reduction.

You can get a free health check, have a go at yoga and other physical activities, plus find out more about meditation, energy healing and much more.

Pop in at any time between 1-6pm on Monday 20 January, for an informal chat with stallholders, staff and partners at Newport’s Central Hub.
