For a fee, you can ask for collection of large items not included as part of the weekly collections.
Items that cannot be collected are:
- asbestos waste
- plaster products or plasterboard
- business waste
- central heating oil tanks
- gas bottles
- car batteries
- flammable or pressurised materials
- paint tins
- soiled or contaminated items
The minimum charge is £22 for up to three items. Additional items can be added for an extra cost.
The final price is clearly displayed before payment is requested. We have a no return or refund policy.
When you have made your request, we will get in touch to confirm the collection day.
Please note that this service is for domestic premises only.
Business customers should make a request via a business waste special collection.
