Central Library in John Frost Square will reopen from Tuesday 28 February. The pop-up library in nearby Kingsway closes on Saturday 25 February.

Home Delivery Service

Newport's library home delivery service provides books to anyone unable to visit a local library on a temporary or permanent basis. 


Newport residents who cannot visit the library because of age, illness or disability and who have no-one to visit a library on their behalf may be eligible for the housebound service.
