Adam Whittle Adam Whittle started his career as an apprentice at the Celtic Manor Resort before moving on to the Michelin starred Crown at Whitebrook and taking his first Head Chef post at the White Hart Village Inn, Llangybi. Adam returned to the Celtic Manor Collection as Head Chef of the idyllic Newbridge on Usk restaurant with rooms in 2015. Reflecting the glorious setting, Adam has produced delicious seasonal menus of wholesome modern British dishes. He is passionate about using local produce and fresh ingredients from the Newbridge’s own kitchen garden. A member of the Welsh Culinary Team who cooked for Her Majesty the Queen at the opening of the Welsh Assembly Senedd building, Adam has earned two AA rosettes for the Newbridge and a listing in the Good Food Guide.
