Food Festival Supper

Supper starterFriday night will see the festival kick-off with a supper event at the Mercure Hotel, which will showcase fabulous Welsh, Georgian and German cuisine cooked up by our featured chefs.

A specially designed three course meal and half a bottle of Georgian wine is included in the price .

A vegan option of the set menu can be requested at the checkout, if required. Please specify if any guests have any other allergies or dietary requirements in the order form at the checkout.

Starter: Roast violet aubergine terrine, spinach and walnut pkhali, tkemali sauce.

Main: Andrew Morgan’s Brecon venison , preserved cherries, caramelised celeriac and Conwy mead.

Dessert: Caramelised apfelstrudel and Welsh cobnut tart, Ofenshlupfen ice cream.
