Bywyd ar y Lefelau / Life on the Levels

Mae bywyd ar y lefelau yn dathlu treftadaeth ddiwylliannol y tirlun unigryw hwn trwy gofnodi straeon pobl sydd wedi byw, gweithio a chwarae ar y gwastadeddau.

Dros y blynyddoedd, mae'r gwastadeddau wedi cefnogi ffermio, cynnal a chadw ffosydd, pysgota, ymolchi, gweithwyr ffowndri, seiri llong, potswyr, gwneuthurwyr basgedi pysgota, gweithwyr rheilffordd, a llawer mwy. Trwy gyfweliadau, llythyrau, dyddiaduron a ffotograffau rydym wedi creu archif gyfoethog o straeon a fydd yn adnodd ar gyfer cenedlaethau'r dyfodol.

Mae'r arddangosfa hon yn ymateb ffotograffig i'r cyfweliadau hyfryd yma.

Life on the levels celebrates the cultural heritage of this unique landscape by recording the stories of people who have lived, worked and played on the levels.

In its time, the levels has supported farming, reen maintenance, fishing, bathing, foundry workers, ship wrights, poachers, putcher makers, railway workers, and many more. Through interviews, letters, diaries and photographs we have created a rich archive of stories and a resource for future generations.

This exhibition is a photographic response to those wonderful interviews.
