The car park gives direct access to the city centre shopping area, University of South Wales City of Newport campus and Newport central library, museum and art gallery.
Kingsway has disabled parking bays and electric charging spaces.
Permits and Costs
- Monthly: £85 Unlimited use 7 days a week
- Quarterly: £255 Unlimited use 7 days a week
- 6 Monthly: £510 Unlimited use 7 days a week
- Yearly: £1020 Unlimited use 7 days a week
You will be contacted by email as soon as the permit is ready for collection.
Collection will be from the kiosk based within the Kingsway Car Park itself.
Please be aware we need a minimum of 2 working days to issue a permit following submission of the completed form.
