Great Traston Meadows
Located just outside Nash in Newport, Great Traston Meadows is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and was created in partnership between a global company, Newport City Council and Gwent Wildlife Trust.
Access is via the Public Rights of Way network with limited parking off Nash Road.
The reserve is managed by Gwent Wildlife Trust, has a good circular walk and is also linked by the footpath network to the Newport Wetland Reserve to the south where ample parking is available.
