All fees are subject to an annual review, the fees on this website are correct as at time of update.

At Newport Register Office you can pay by cash, debit card, credit card or by cheque or postal order made payable to ‘Newport City Council’.

We are unable to accept personal cheques drawn by a third party.

consideration by the local registrar or superintendent registrar of a correction application to a birth, death, marriage or civil partnership registration
