Cemetery opening times and vehicle access

Pedestrian access to Newport cemeteries is available on weekdays and weekends between 6.30am and 4.45pm.
Vehicle access is restricted to Saturdays and Sundays from 6.30am to 4.45pm.
This is to ensure the safety of all visitors and to allow for the safe operation of machinery used in the preparation of graves. It will also offer mourners and visitors opportunities for quiet reflection, undisturbed by noise from vehicles.
