Disabled children

If your child has a disability and you need help, contact Newport City Council's duty team who will pass the referral to the disabled children’s team.

The disabled children’s team provides services to disabled children and their families until the young person reaches the age of eighteen.

We'll assess your child's needs so that we understand what services would be most suitable.

Eligibility criteria is used so that those in greatest need receive help.
