Where the application is for a premises licence or club premises certificate to be granted in respect of a church hall, community centre, village hall or similar premises, and the only activity to be authorised by the licence or certificate is the provision of regulated entertainment, there is no application fee or annual fee payable.

  • Minor variation of a premises licence = £89
  • Licence variation to specify an individual as the DPS = £23
  • Transfer of a premises licence or interim authority notice = £23
  • Provisional statement = £315 
  • Temporary event notices = £21
  • Personal licences = £37

Miscellaneous

There is a fee of £10.50 for: 

  • theft, loss etc of a premises licence, club premises certificate or the summary of a licence or certificate, or of a temporary event notice or a personal licence
  • notification of the change of name or address of a premises licence holder or DPS
  • notification of the change of a club’s name or a change in a club’s rules
  • notification of the change of the registered address of a club
  • notification of the change of a personal licence holder’s address
