Aneurin Bevan Community Health Council

Aneurin Bevan Community Health Council (CHC) is an independent statutory health 'watchdog' covering Newport and the other Gwent boroughs and it:

• monitors the quality of local health services
• recommends improvements in the standard of health care
• provides an enquiry and advocacy service to advise patients wanting to make a complaint
• encourages the health service to make changes in partnership and in consultation with local people
