Book Online
You can book tickets for performances at The Riverfront anytime using our secure online booking service. Please note that some seats or advertised discounts may not be available when booking online. There is a £1 booking fee for each ticket purchased.
We do not offer refunds unless we are able to re-sell your tickets, in which case an admin charge of £1 per ticket will be payable.

Book in Person
Friendly and helpful box office staff at The Riverfront will give you all the help and information you need. You can pay by credit card, debit card, cheque and cash. Cheques must be made payable to Newport City Council.
There is a £1.50 booking fee for all credit and debit card payments. Please note there is a £5 minimum card limit.
We do not offer refunds unless we are able to re-sell your tickets, in which case an admin charge of £1 per ticket will be payable.
We also now accept and sell Theatre Tokens in £1, £5, £10, £20 and £50 vouchers. Theatre tokens are a superb gift for those who have everything! Please see www.theatretokens.com (opens new website) for participating theatres.

Opening Hours of The Riverfront :
Monday to Saturday 10am – 6pm. If there is a show, film or workshop then the box office will close 30 minutes after the latest event starts.
The Riverfront is closed on Sundays unless there is a show, in which case we will be open from 1.00pm or two hours before the event, whichever is the earlier.

Book by Telephone
Telephone the Booking Line on (01633) 656757 between 8am until 6pm Monday to Saturday. If the box office is closed please do leave a message as we will return your call as soon as it reopens.
Payment is accepted by credit/debit card. Please have your card ready when you call. Tickets will be posted to you within 5 working days, or you can collect from the box office on the day of the performance.

If you would like your tickets posted out to you, there will also be an additional charge of 60p.

Reservations
Unpaid reservations can be held for seven days without payment. After that time, tickets will be released. If there are less than three days before the performance the tickets must be paid for in full.
An administration charge of £1 per ticket will be applied to any exchange of tickets.
Data Protection
The Riverfront is committed to upholding the Data Protection principles of good information handling practice. When processing your booking, the Box Office will ask for your name, address and telephone number. Please let us know if you would like to be kept informed about forthcoming events at The Riverfront or other events happening in the region when contacting the Box Office.
