Anil Karhadkar

Having worked across continents Anil Karhadkar started his career in 1994 working at The Leela Kempinski Mumbai, India - a 5 star super deluxe leading hotels of the world property.

Anil has had the privilege of not only working in hotels and bespoke restaurants but he has also led teams of up to 120 chefs. 

He has also developed retail concepts for leading high street brands and was one of the first to market with a healthy Indian concept at Curry on the Curve by substituting fats with low fat yoghurts and lentil purees etc.

A keen food photographer Anil is actively involved in live cookery sessions and team building cookery activities.
