Pay and display car parks

Newport City Council pay and display car parks are open Monday to Sunday between 8am – 8pm.

• Emlyn Street - 30 spaces
• Faulkner Road - 159 spaces
• Hill Street - 62 spaces
• Maindee - 40 spaces
• Riverfront - 35 spaces
• Stow Hill - 45 spaces 

Charges

For all council owned car parks apart from Maindee: 

• up to three hours = £2.50 
• three to five hours = £4.50 
• over five hours = £6.00  

Maindee car park charges 

• up to two hours = £1.00 
• up to five hours = £2.50 
• over five hours = £3.00 

Payment is by cash only at the machines in the car parks
