Disruption to online services

Newport City Council’s online services are unlikely to be available today (Wednesday 24 January 2018) because of technical issues which are also affecting the telephone contact centre and services offered at the Information Station.
Customers may still telephone the council and visit the Information Station but please be aware there may be delays to requests for services.
Apologies for any inconvenience, we will let you know as soon as full services are available again.
