An active woman in her 60’s who has Parkinson’s Disease wishes to employ a personal assistant to help her to maintain her independence.
Duities will include helping the woman to get in and out of bed and supervising showering, dressing and meal preparation.

- ½ hour Thursday starting between 8.30pm and 9pm

The wife of a disabled man who is in his sixties is looking for a personal assistant to allow her some respite time and to allow him to go out into the community.
The man has an acquired brain injury and needs prompting to complete task and to keep safe.
Your main duties will be accompanying him on visits outside the house and providing company in the home.

Personal assistants, Somerton
Two personal assistants are required to support a woman with her three children while one of the children has an operation and for a six month period afterwards.
The child having the operation and her twin sister both have complex needs and significant development delay and have been diagnosed with autism.
During the hospitalisation period (7-10 days) you will be required to help the two children at home to get ready for school and to get to school.
You will also be there when they finish school for the day and may also be asked to attend hospital so that the mother can go home to be with her other children.
It is preferred that you have a driving licence and a car so that you can attend the hospital when required.
For the first 7-10 days there are 36 hours available per week and then 20 hours per week for the following six months.
Experience of working in the care profession is preferred but not essential and the employer will arrange and pay for a DBS enhanced check.
The rate of pay is £8.10 per hour.
