Newport Community Connectors can keep you in touch with local activities, groups and clubs.  

We can provide names, places and telephone numbers for activities, services and support.

Community connectors work with individuals, groups and organisations across the Newport area and:

  • provide information and advice about available support
  • help you find activities in your local area
  • help you meet more people in your community

Carer community connectors

If you look after someone who can't manage at home without help, the carer community connectors can help you find out about local support services and activities, provide information about voluntary organisations and help you to re-connect with your community.
