Fees and charges
Environmental permit fees are set by the Welsh Government
Local authorities must consider the target timeline (pdf) when considering an application for a permit.
Tacit consent will not apply as it is in the public interest that an application is processed before it can be granted.
If you have not heard from the local authority within a reasonable period, please contact the council.
We are required to maintain a public register with information on all LA-IPPC and LAPPC installations and mobile plant we are responsible for.
