Newport Community Cloud

Free wi-fi is available across Newport at libraries, community and learning centres and many other locations - just look for the logo!

The Friendly Wi-Fi symbol helps children, young people and adults find venues where wi-fi has been filtered to try and block inappropriate material, an accredited scheme with the UK Council for Child Internet Safety.

Using Newport Community Cloud

• on your phone or tablet, make sure wi-fi is switched on
• scroll through the options until you find Newport Community Cloud and click to be taken to the portal
• log in via Facebook, Twitter, Google Mail or just fill in the form - you will only have to do this once at each location you use as long as you're using the same device
• you will see a second portal page which means you are using Newport Community Cloud free Wi-Fi and can start surfing the internet
