Digital Strategy

The Digital Strategy sets out our vision for how we will use technology to transform the delivery of services, support improving the well-being of residents, improve the digital skills of our residents and enable businesses to thrive in Newport.

It demonstrates Newport City Council’s commitment to make Newport an ambitious and fairer city for its residents and businesses.

The strategy is also a critical pillar to making Newport a data city. This is why we want to ensure citizens can access digital services, delivered by the council and its strategic partners, when they need it most.

You can find out more and read it in full on our Digital Strategy page

Residents and visitors can access Newport Community Cloud and Newport City Connect from any wireless enabled device.
