Celebrate National Libraries Week with these events taking place in libraries across Newport.

Award-winning romantic suspense novelist Evonne Wareham will chat about her books and writing in general - free admission.

Myths and legends – traditional storytelling for the modern age, free admission.

Wednesday October 11, 7.15pm at Rogerstone library

Enjoy an evening in the company of screen writer and crime author M.R.Hall, free admission.

Thursday October 12, 7.15pm, Central library

Come and enjoy an evening in the company of radio presenter, sports commentator and author Phil Steele.
