Cardboard collections

From Monday 2 June 2014, we will only be collecting card in the green bags for cardboard that have already been delivered to your home. Please make sure your bag is placed with your other recycling boxes for collection on your usual collection day.

We will be unable to collect any orange lidded bin containing cardboard from this date.

Please do not store the cardboard bag inside your orange lidded bin or tie your bag to your orange lidded bin as they are now collected by separate vehicles.

For more information please look at the changes to your recycling services and frequently asked questions

Collection days

Garden waste bins are collected once a fortnight, alternating with your rubbish bin collection.

Find out when your garden waste bin is collected.

Please put the bin out for collection by 7.00am on your usual collection day and make sure you can close the bin lid or it will not be collected.

If you don’t have the space or cannot wait for your garden waste bin why not try home composting?
