Footpath closures – Usk Valley Walk

A section of the Usk Valley walk will be temporarily closed from July 1, 2010 due to the prestigious 2010 Ryder Cup. Follow the link for more information and to view maps of an alternative route.

Rights of Way Improvement Plan

Newport City Council has followed guidelines laid out by the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), which have involved the preparation of an assessment of the PROW network.

You can view and download the Rights of Way Improvement Plan (pdf) on this page or view a copy at the Civic Centre. You can also request your own printed copy.
