Housing Grants
Grants are available to carry out adaptations to the homes of people with disabilities and may also be available to housing owners and landlords for repairs and improvements to property.

The Private Sector Housing Team can offer support to home-owners including providing a list of approved contractors, advising on what work is needed and reasonable costs.
If you are considering repairs or improvements to your home and would like some advice contact the Private Sector Housing Team below.
