The Newport Transporter Bridge will be celebrating its Centenary year in 2006, with numerous events taking place throughout the year to celebrate this momentous occasion, what better time visit Newport and to join in the celebrations of the Transporter Bridge’s 100th Birthday!

Guided tours and group visits of the Transporter Bridge are can be pre booked with the Friends of the Newport Transporter Bridge, and to mark the occasion they are also offering presentations to groups which features a short play for groups to enjoy.
