Everyone has a voice: Safer Newport Awareness Day

Safer Newport has teamed up with partner agencies throughout Gwent to help celebrate Inside Justice Week by organising an awareness day to help generate a better understanding of the Criminal Justice System and services in Gwent. The aim of the day will be: to raise knowledge and awareness of the CJS agencies and the services they provide to victims and witnesses.

The day’s delegates will consist of victims, witnesses, volunteers and public agency staff. The day will provide an opportunity for public agencies to outline their objectives regarding service provision to victims and witnesses and assist in identifying any gaps in their current provision. The event will be a great networking opportunity, with many of the agencies available on the day to provide information and advice. Refreshments and lunch will also be provided.
