Children and Families
Social Services
The council’s Children and Family Services team supports the rights of children to be kept safe and to enjoy the best possible physical, emotional and mental well being, enabling them to live wherever possible with families that are able to care for them.
We help and support children in need whose health and well being would suffer if we did not provide services.
