Newport Family Information Service
Free, accessible, quality information for parents and childcare professionals
“Providing quality, accessible and free information to parents and carers of children aged 0-19 years.”
If you live or work with children or young people from birth to age 19 and are looking for childcare, information about early year’s education, activities for your children or parenting support, Newport Family Information Service (FIS) is here to help.
Free leaflets and booklets are available on subjects ranging from behaviour management and family support to working with children as a career option.
Whether you use childcare, can’t use it or choose not to, we want to know your thoughts and experiences. What you tell us will be used in developing, sustaining and improving childcare in Newport. You can also win a gym membership ready for the New Year with Active Newport!
