Wastesavers no longer elastic on plastic

Wastesavers can not collect the types of plastic that have not been requested from residents. For full reasons why Wastesavers want all recyclers to put out plastic bottles only, please see the press release.

If you can’t see the usable item you want to recycle on this list, you could try advertising it on the Freecycle website, or on Free2Collect, for someone to collect it from you for free and re-use it themselves.

Please email recycle for newport if you are unsure whether something can be recycled or not.
